How a project runs.
- 01 Brief You describe the need. We ask once for anything missing.
- 02 Scope Pages, features, limits and exclusions are written and agreed.
- 03 Quotation Upfront, recurring and vendor costs, valid for 14 days.
- 04 Build Work starts once materials, access and the agreed payment are in.
- 05 Review You test against the agreed scope; defects within scope are fixed.
- 06 Handover Access, documentation and support limits are handed to you.

Payment terms
- Compro Mini
- Paid in full once scope is approved.
- Standard projects
- 50% upfront, 50% before handover.
- Large projects
- Paid by milestone, as set in the quotation.
- Subscriptions
- Billed monthly or yearly, in advance.
04International clients
- Language
- English or Indonesian, chosen in the header.
- Currency
- Prices are in IDR in every language.
- USD
- Shown only once an approved exchange rate is set.
- Time zone
- Service hours are WIB, UTC+7.

Privacy notice
- We collect only what the brief form asks for, to reply and prepare a quotation.
- Briefs are never shared with third parties for marketing.
- Never send passwords or API keys in a brief; access is arranged separately.
- You may ask for your data to be corrected or deleted.
